One of the most common food item as part of an Indian meal is Chapati/Roti/Phulka made out of wheat flour or commonly known as Atta.
Wheat flour has many benefits. One of the them is that it is a great source of fiber. Since it is usually a part of our Indian daily diet it helps by contributing to the fiber intake required by our body. I personally hence prefer roti/chapati/phulka prepared with wheat flour rather than all-purpose flour which is extremely low in terms of fiber content.
I would recommend to switch to whole wheat flour instead of refined flour for better fiber intake.
